new diet
Hi all,
I was looking for some criticism on this diet. This is the first time I put together a calculated diet so please be kind. I'm currently 5'10" 196lbs. Not sure of my BF% but it's pretty low. I'm between cycles.
I don't know if the nutritional facts are very acurate so please correct if wrong. Thanks everyone.

... Workout 1 hour 12pm - 1pm .....

Well first off, what are your goals? Bulking, leaning out, maintaining?

Bro..being between cycle, you really need to watch your fat and sugar intake...reduce or cut the peanut butter, jelly, english muffin, bread, yogurt, white rice,etc.
From the sound of your diet it looks like a recipe for fat weight gain...be careful....Keep your eating program clean as possible...

I'm trying to stay lean and up my mass slowly. At worst maintain.
