Cutting Diet...may need some tweaking
I have been looking through the diet section of the forum for a few days now and have used the info I've gathered to plan a cutting diet. It looks like this:
7:30 - 6 egg whites = 102 cal 24g pro 0 carbs
cup oatmeal = 200 cal 8g pro 28 carbs 4g fat
11:00 - Lean Protein Shake = 220 cal 44g pro 6 carbs 4g fat
tbsp Flax Oil
1:45 - 1 can of tuna = 200 cal 33g pro 0 carbs .5 fat
with fat free mayo
Post Workout
3:30 - Nlarge 2 Shake = 600 cal 52g pro 86carbs 6g fat
6:00 - 1 Chicken Breast = 120 cal 24g pro 0 carbs 2g fat
Lean Protein shake = 220 cal 44g pro 6 carbs 4g fat
8:00 - 1 can of tuna = 200 cal 33g pro 0 carbs .5 fat
with fat free mayo
10:00 - Lean Protein Shake = 220 cal 44g pro 6 carbs 4g fat
Total
2032 cal 306 pro 130 carbs 25g fat
I am 5'10, 185lbs, and at about 19% body fat right now. Let me know where I can improve in my diet.
