Diet Questions
Is taking Efa's before bed time fine while cutting, as long as everything else is in check?

Depends on what "in check" means when you refer to everything else. I mean, your diet has got to be right for you and your goals, and we have no idea what that is, so it's hard to say if they are right for you at this time.

currently following is Power, Rep Range, Shock Routine
doing cardio 3-4 times a week for 30 mins first thing in the morning on an empty stomach, I have no problem cutting down, that's not my problem, I was just asking a question about taking the flax before bedtime if that would hinder my progress....all depends on the person most likely, anyways in addition my problem has been putting on muscle, I was really lean last year, looked good but felt I didn't have enough muslce mass for my liking, so I went on a bulking phase which didn't go how I planned, I ate ate ate a lot of food, sometimes junk food and put on more fat then I expected and my muscle gains were minimal...Last edited by Vice; 09-13-2003 at 11:19 AM.

I'd drop the dairy totally, and replace it w/a protein shake w/your efa's before bed. Also, use rice/potato/oats instead of bread if you can, much better choice there. (for cutting anyhow)
For veggies, no corn/carrots/peas, but all else looks pretty good bruh!

I'd cut out dairy totally the last 2-3 weeks before you wish to achieve your optimum look.
