Look up the book called "The Protien Counter"
By Annette B. Natow and Jo-Ann Heslin.
Salads are listed in it and the nutrional info is based on how much salad per serving is taken in. I am looking right now at servings of 3.5 oz per serving which for a regular Caesar salads there are 170 calories, 9 grams of carbs. 14 grams of fat and 3 grams of protien. Of course you will also have to look up the nutrional info for the salad dressing.
