Healthy fast food?
What are some healthy fast food options out there? During my day I usually eat 1 fast food meal a day due to time restraints. Here they are:
Mini tuna wrap w/cheese lettuce from Mr. Subb.
6 inch southwest steak and cheese, 6 inch tuna, or 6 inch chicken Pizziola from Subway.
Turkey or chicken meals from Boston Market
Chicken meals from KFC
Chicken meal from Long John Silvers
chicken sandwiches from McDonalds, Burger King, etc
Roast beef and cheese from Arbys
Or I'll stop by a restaurant and pick up a steak and potatoes or a chicken meal of some sort
Any others you guys recommend?

All terrible choices. The chicken from mcDonalds, even worse. Pizzoli, please. Kfc meals and long john silver chicken meals. White bread and cheese must be a big part of your diet.
Hows the knee sc

Only thingI would think that is acceptable from a McDonalds or Buger King if you have no other option is their grilled chicken sandwich with no mayo and a bottled water. They are about $3.5o each so with water you are talking about $8-$9. Could by a few chicken breasts for that.

What about McDonalds Fudge Sundae ?? They're only 99 cents and I can crush a ton of them. Extra fudge too.

MAKE YOUR FOOD THE NIGHT BEFORE. IT SAVES ME ALOT OF TIME THIS WAY. Im starting to make 5 day worth of food in certain things like oatmill etc... Say hello to your new best friend plasic containers. Fresh/hot food a luxary not necessity. Hey i understand your pain but trust me all you are doing is eating empty cal. so why not just not eat if you will do that.

The only fast-food items I would ever suggest eating are a small chili from wendy's (200cals, 5 fat, 21 carb, 5 fiber, 17 protein), or if ur gonna do subway, get a salad w/grilled chicken or turkey. I wouldn't get a salad anywhere else cuz the dressings are all either high fat or high sugar. subway at least has oil and vinegar. If you're really in a pinch, get a couple grilled chicken sandwiches, but toss the bun.

Its pretty rare for me to eat fast food for reasons mentioned above, but if it came down to it i would get some chicken at a chinese take-out or get a chicken breast sub at subway.

Lets separate real chicken with the fast food industry's idea of chicken.
Proccessed, sodium riched "meat" that contains nothing but fillers, additives, and flavoring is their idea of chicken.
Fast food joints sell only flavored crap IMO. I'd rather order an ice cream sundae at McD's then a chicken sandwich. At least I know what I'm eating.

I'm with ~US~ and Danielle and Swole on this, nothing but crap. If I absolutely have to eat something I'll order from a nicer sit down place like one of the local steak houses and just order me something to go. Now for a cheat meal a double meat and cheese burger minus the bun. Now that hits the spot maybe once a month. I just make my own food and pack a cooler. Hell when we go shopping or are going to be in town all day first thing I do is pack my cooler full of food from the house.
