What can I put flax oil it. Can I put it in tuna so the stuf won't be so damn dry

You can put it on just about anything if you can still shove it down your throat. It tastes like ass.

Yeah you could but Flax has a after taste to it. I just put it in my protein shake and drink it.

I put a little of the shake in my mouth...add the oil in my mouth...and quickly wash it all back with some more shake.

I'd rather eat out a 70 year old street hooker than have to deal with the taste of flax oil.

hey MBH I remeber my first time using flax. I poured like a big tablespoon in my mouth and swallowed that crap. I was dry heaving for like 10 mins. ughhhh

I sure can! I spoon it into my mouth and wash it back with my shake ASAP! Then I drink varsol to rid the taste.

Just don't cook with it. It is not supposed to be heated like that.
I usually just chug it out of the bottle. Do it every day and you get used to it.

I have tried two different varieties of flax oil...The vitamin shoppe brand one has NO taste or smell at all and the NOW brand, which has a STRONG and horrid flavor. Go over to a vitamin shoppe and pick up a 16 oz flax for like 8 bucks it is well worth it IMHO!!!

I just started taking flax oil a month ago and I actully like the taste. It tastes like grass but for some reason I dont mind and actually like the aftertaste.

I take a tablespoon before dinner.......does not taste bad to me.
