I'm full, but need more calories? Help!
stats: 180lbs, 6'3", 25 yrs old, 500mg Test E/week (1.5 weeks in)
I am finding it very difficult to get my target calories in every day. About 800 calories come from protein, so I am getting enough there. I just don’t think I can eat any more carbs! Would it be ok to drink juice to get in that additional 500 calories that I need every day? Here is what the diet looks like right now:
Wake:
1 scoop protein powder w/2 + cups skim milk
Breakfast:
3 large scrambled eggs, 2 links turkey sausage
Snack:
Tuna Salad on Wheat
Lunch:
Chicken Breast, Steamed Veggies, Rice
Snack:
Peanut Butter and Banana or All Fruit on Wheat
Dinner:
Chicken Breast, Whole Wheat Pasta, Red Sauce
Before Bed:
Same as “Wake” + Non-Fat Yogurt
-Sometimes I throw in a Detour Bar if I think I can stomach it.
-All I drink is coffee and water… lots of water.
I am very concerned that I am going to end up wasting this cycle if I can't get my calorie intake up. Any help is appreciated.

Add some fat like flax oil at your wake up shake and with your last shake before bed. A tablespoon at each. Thats about 14g for each one or about 250 cals extra. Plus it's good for you.
Also, have some oatmeal at breakfast. You need the energy for your day anyway. Probably around 300 cals worth.
There, thats an extra 550 cals.

Oh yeah, I take flax oil. I fogot to add that in. I'll also add oatmeal to breakfast. I hate the taste, but I know it will do me good.
Well, I have noticed today that I am starting to be more hungry than usual. I have heard of EQ hunger... maybe test does the same thing. I had lunch an hour ago and I'm starving already. That's a good thing!
If anyone else reads this thread ans sees anything majorly wrong with the diet, please tell me.
Thanks,

I wouldn't up your carbs anymore, I would double your protein intake. If need be, I would use protein shakes to get there, and also add some flax seed oil or extra virgin olive oil in them except for PWO.
Which btw, you don't list anything PWO.

Ah, yes. PWO is 2 scoops protein powder w/milk. But that is only M-W-F. I just added it up again, and it looks like I am getting enough calories. Adding the oatmeal helped, and I wasn't counting the oil I cook the eggs in, flax oil, coffee creamer... little things like that. Those actually add up to a few hundred calories a day!
Thanks for calling me out on the PWO meal. I forgot all about that.

Wanna add 500 calories and not even know it.
Buy some ice cream and eggs
Put your protien in a blender with milk, some ice cream, maybe some strawberries or cherries, and throw an egg or two in there.
EASILY 500 calories more per day.

1) drop the milk if you want the lean and mean look.
2) PWO shake...35-50g dextrose & 35g of protein*
3) watch the hidden cals, creamer, ketchup, etc.
4) Replace yogurt for cottage cheese or natty pb and protein shake
5) Drop carbs at lunch and add to PPWO meal*
*PWO-Post workout shake...immediately following workout
*PPWO-post post workout meal...45-1hr after PWO shake
Food selections look fine, may need to bump up your portion sizes to meet your daily calorie intake, depending on your goals.
