I will finally be able to eat again!!!!!!
Hot damn I can finally eat again here next week. No more cutting, I'll start my bulking diet.....mmmmmmmm carbs.... God I have dieted for too damn long and will be abck on the gear, back in the gym and back at the dinner table. Ok here's how it will look for my upcoming cycle of test prop and fina.
5am
10 egg whites/1 yolk
1 cup oats w/ natty PB
1 cup OJ
8-9am
1 lb lean ground chuck 98% fat free or ground turkey
1/2 cup of rice or pasta mixed with homemade spaggehti sauce
12pm
2 chicken breast
1 cup veggies
1 apple
3pm
2 cans of tuna
1/2 cup rice
side salad
4pm
protein shake 30g
5:30pm
PWO shake 40g protein, 80g honey
6:30pm
2 chicken breast
1 1/2 cup rice
8:30pm
Either 2 cans of tuna or 1 lb ground turkey
mixed in with 1/2 - 1 cup rice
10pm
6 egg white omellete w/ hot sauce.
2am
protein shake with flax
Than for my big bulker
5am

Lucky bastard! I'm off to my weekly self help group, maybe you've heard of them; It's the "can't eat anything you fat a$$" association. We meet at the waffle house once a week and lick the plates for a sugar fix.

~US~ Coming from you, I'm honored. Hell I just have figured out what works for me. My diet for cutting is damn near the same just cut back on the carbs.

No I actually go to bed around 10:30-11pm and wake up at 2am for my shake. I get on average 6-7 hours of sleep a night and a 30-40 minute nap during the day.

Hey bigT, how many weeks are you going to run the first part of the diet? Is that pre-cycle? Then, how many weeks are you running the second part? Is that during the cycle? Then, what is your diet going to look like immediately post cycle? Does any of this make sense????? I'll stop now.

Ok first part of the diet will be for 12 weeks, and that's when I'll be just getting back in the gym and back on prop/fina for 12 weeks. Than I'll most likely take a few weeks off AS and cut back slightly on carbs and continue workingout. Than I'll be hitting my monster cycle and I'll be eating like the second part of the diet for about 7-9 months depending and than I'll be dieting down for my first comp. I hope that helps.....

Back in the gym and back on gear as follows

Week 1-12
Test Prop 150mg ED
Fina 150mg ED
Nolva on hand
PCT- Clomid/Nolva
Diet:

I do hav a couple of suggestions o n the cycles. First one looks good. The time off is of concern. If your only planning on coming of for 3wks, then their is no reason to come off. Maybe coast on a maintenance dose for 6-8wks and then jump on the second. Or at least get some blood work in before you start on the next if you do come completely off.
On the second.
I'd put the deca to 15wks, and the EQ starting in wk 15. This way the deca(and it's retension) is tapered out by the time the EQ hits(along with the hardness)
Id extend the 9-12 drol a week and toss the 17-20 run of it.
Instead of 22wks straight on Fina(which I don't think you'll be able to do becasue of reduced cortisone[joints] and sever back pumps) I'd start it in wk17, run it 10wks to 26; then break untill 32, and start another stint to 40(I'd stop at 40 to aid in recovery)
Personally I'd toss the winny completely, but you know how much I hate that stuff so it's a bias suggestion
And on the clomid, I'd do 300mg on day one, and then 100mg of 27.
It's gonna be a monster bro

Some good points Pheedno, I was debating coming off at all as well. It mainly depends on how the personal life is going. But if I do come off it will be for awhile and yes bloodwork is a definite before starting that monster. I like the idea of stopping the deca at week 15 and starting up the eq early. As for the winni, I'll have it and will decide on wether to use it or not depending on how I feel and look getting closer to comp time. As for running the fina that long I've run it for almost 20 weeks before with no problem, yeah the back tightness gets annoying but it's mangable, we'll have to wait and see. As for the clomid yeah 300mg day 1 and 100mg for at least 3 weeks or so and than down to 50mg along with the nolva at 20mg ED tapering it down as needed. Proviron is along to keep "willie" working properly... and HCG should help jumpstart it all.

Now I've got the jist of what you are doing. Sounds good. Only problem I would have is eating 2 cups of rice at one sitting. I like rice and eat it all the time.

Funny bro, I sit here at my desk and seem to always have food in front of me! one way or another! My roommate feels like he's working at a resteraunt instead of our hi-tech jobs! My boss, is like wtf! And brother I tell them I don't want to be like everyone else! And I won't be 200 if I eat every so often, I need to eat all day! And as fucking hyper and with the metabolism I have it's even worse!

Hey BigT couple of questions.
I figured the first part of your diet and came up with:
4200 cals
536g protein
352g carbs
70g fat
Is that close? Looking at it, I'm wondering if your fat intake is too low? As it turns out, that is about where I want to be calorie wise on my upcoming cycle. What was your thinking when you were planning this part of your diet? Oh and I calculated assuming a dry measurement for oats and a cooked measurement for rice. Don't know if that was what you were doing.

It sounds about right, honestly I didn't even break the macro's down to see what they were at. I was going to though. Yes my fat intake is low, but that's because I'm very sensitive to carb/fat mixing. I can eat carbs and low fat and keep my bf under control, just like I can eat fat and low carbs and do the same. Now if I eat alot of carbs and let my fat intake get any higher I'll just rack on the bf. I was thinking about just getting back into eating like I was prior to my quitting the gym. I've lost alot of weight and size since than and wanted to try and get back to where I was before I hit the monster cycle. As for the measurements you are correct.
