Thread: Not eating

Hi I am kind of new to weight lifting and the forum so I hope this isn't a stupid question. I have been trying to improve my diet latley but alot of times in the day I don't have the opertunity to eat heathy and I didn't know if I should eat fast or junk food or just not eat at all? Any ideas?

Cook your food the night before and carry a cooler with you. Many of us have to to this.
