dropping bodyfat with limitied $$ for diet
Heres what I have guys...
ON's Instantized 100% whey protein (vanilla)

also have eggs, boneless skinless chicken, h20 (duh) lol), Multivitamin, vitamin C, flaxseed, Vitamin B-12
this is about all i can afford...i dont make much yet, i need to shred 4-8% body fat hopefully rapidly. Trying to drop some bodyfat before starting a cycle (fina/prop) that will have high calories.
Due to recent health probs (bad sides from clenbuterol) I need something with allot of potasium.
Please keep in mind I need a realistic diet from a poor 19 year olds budget. The most cost effective the better.
If anyone can give me some advice using what i have in moderation, I can possibly add a few things like cottage cheese...maybe tuna.
Sorry im making this difficult. Yes I've researched the thread too, just all the diets take a fxcing health food store to pull off
