Simple EGG WHITES question.
wots the average protein content and amount of calories in an egg white, also how do you guys eat them, isn't havin them raw making you suseptable to salmonella and a "queasy" stomach? just interested as i know i should be eating a whole lot more eggs, wot you guys have them with aswell, y'know to mask the taste of them?

I scramble them and add a yolk or two. I think there is 5 grams per egg white... don't quote me on that though.

My container says a serving size is 3 Tbsp.(46g), at 25 calories w/5g protien.
I put mine in protien shakes, scrambled them, made french toast w/them...anything u can do with an egg u can do w/eggwhites.
I have drank it right out of the carton and it's not bad.

A large egg renders 70 calories
The yolk contains some of the 6g of protein. A white will give you about 4g
