dropping weight?
Just a question about bulking:
I'm eating 5-6000 cals (not all great cals but cals non-the-less). I eat a lot of chicken/gr. beef/ cake/donuts/weight gainers/pizza/ etc... More of a Lee Priest diet. BUT I am dropping weight???? I cannot get above 222 and now I am dropping to 219. I am taking T3 but no fat loss. I feel smaller. I am on 1000sust and fina 80mg EOD. I was wondering if any muscle would be lost from T3? Also I get what looks like small blue blotches on my shoulders and back when lifting heavy that go away after my lifts. Would that be a lack of nutrients in my diet?
I am 26 5'8" at now 220 and about 19-22% BF.
anyone have any experience w/ any of this? Should I take some time off? I have been continously training for about 18 weeks. Would it be better to take a week off in the 9th week of my 12 week cycle? Is overtraining a factor w/ 1 gram of sust.?
of course any help would be greatly appreciated....

only at 25 per day just to try and keep the fat to a min. Fat is inevidable w/ mass building especially w/ my diet.
