Question How the hell, need to loose fat :(

Hey all, I am a hard gainer, i have to eat all day like a freakin hoarse, i have to eat everything, alot of bad fatty foods too, even my doctor told me to be eating high fat things in the morning to help me put on weight. And i get muscle good like this but also i get fat

But if i eat less and more healthy i will definantley loose muscle too and i dont want that, ive been working for years transforming myself from 113lbs 2 years ago to 160lbs now. I odnt want to loose all that hard work!

I dont have alot of fat just some on my belly/lower back, my legs arms chest are lean.

    Thanx alot guys.

Just do cardio 1st thing in the morning......3x a weeks......and keep busting your ass with the wight training............you should start to see your fat go away............This is just speculation though.......if you do see your muscle start to decrease...cut back on the cardio a bit.....I know how you feel though about not wanting to lose hard earned muscle...good luck bro

It looks like you lack muscle definition not High BF. as what everyone else says raise the protein and experimnet with the carbs.. your body weight about 350 grams to 400.. should be a good start. Dont over train your abs.. its the same as anyother muscle..

And give it TIME.. it looks like you havnt been working out that long so just have patience.

...if you're not exhausted afterwards, you're not working hard enough!!

Sorry, i forgot to add...i absolutely agree w/ big ol...you've got a good base, just not as much muscle maturity yet...keep hitting the weights, make sure you're getting enough protein and carbs. You've already got a good start, so you'll get great results if you stick with it
