Kellogg's Vector Cereal
Has anyone tried this? And if so how good is it?
I've heard some good things over the net about it.

If you're bulking, then vector is good... But if you're not, then stay away from it.
I calculated once the fat and carb content. I usually eat a big tupperware container of it and large amount of skim milk in it. This usually gives me the amount of protein that I need for a meal. It also unfortunatly gives me a huge amount of carbs though and they're not really the complex kind.
Good for a treat, but not the best meal unless you don't care about injesting a huge amount of simple carbs in one meal.

Most all cereals..even organic are highly processed...they really don't provide alot of quality dietary fiber...and most are processed with sugar...
If you are looking for a b-fast food or to increase your carb/fiber intake...stick with...oatmeal (not the quick oats)....oatbran, flax, barley...hot cereals....
