    roid diet vs off diet

    I just finished recovery from my cycle about 3 weeks ago (kept 15 of 20 pds I gained ) Was eating more than 200g of protein eveyday, but now when Im not on anything I find it hard to consume that much and I am gaining undesirable weight (ie midsection). So my question is how much protein should I be injesting during my off period, so that I wont lose anything, Im not that interested in gains just maintenance as Im starting another (longer) cycle in 2 months. my info is in my profile...

    How much do you weigh? The question now would pertain to how many carbs, not how much protein, you are taking in. Some more stats would help us help you.
