Muscles going flat because of diet???
I m eating a very low calorie diet and high intenisty workout. I was wondering if anyone knows a way to get rid of the flat look on your muscles without using steriods etc...(illegal substance) I especially know this after my 1 hour run/fast walk. I still need to lose some fat so i want to keep deit in negtive( i know im losing muslce too) Just trying to minimize it. ALso i going to be trying out for school calander this spring so i would like help on developing a deit for that. I m possibling thinking about AS before it.
