online log books
I read a while back on members listing their favorite websites to log their nutritional info. I visited the sites, and they were confusing as hell.
What's the easiest way to log my diet. My main concern is my daily morning weight, then my food intakes and times: protein, carbs, cal's, and fats. The rest isn't that necessary for me to log.
