    Cutting and whole wheat bread

    Im planning my next cutting cycle, i want to hit 40P/30C/30F ratio

    is whole wheat bread on morning is a good idea? (it will be taken with R-ALA)

    give me advide

    surprisingly, whole wheat is not much better than white. For cutting purposes stick to brown rice, beans, veggies, oats, and occasionally 12-grain bread.

    While it's true, what most people think of as "wheat bread" is no better at all than white bread - true whole wheat bread is an improvement. You have to make sure the first ingredient is whole wheat flour though, rather than enriched wheat flour - could be basically white bread died brown...

    Whole wheat should be the main ingredient. Multi grain ones are even better. One way to tell if the bread is good for you is to look for how much fiber is in one slice. The brand I eat has 5 grams of fiber in one 60 calorie piece. If it only has 1-3 grams per piece, it isn't very whole in the grain category.

    Be aware that depending on your dosage of R-ALA you will be throwing off that ratio...
