I guess that you are under 21. A shaker is commonly used in bars. It looks like a metal cup the afixes to the top of a glass. You manually shake it. When people ask for thier martinins stirred and not shaken, they are requeting that a shker not be used.Quote:

Thanks, I've seen my fair share of those in bars and I think I actually have one somewhere. I guess I never thought of using it to make protein shakes with.
Personally, I like mine with 2/3 cup of protien shke power, six big ice cubes and 1/2 cup of water blended in a blender and low speed for two or three minutes. They come out with the consitency and flavor ao a McDonalds frappe.Quote:
