A poem, by Rambo...

An ode to carbohydrates...

Dearest carbohydrate i write this now as i eat my oatmeal,
Nice and full, that is how you make me feel.

I dream about you night and day,
Please don't ever go away.

Sometimes indeed you make me fat,
Why do you tease me so and make me look like a chubby rat.

There are many things we do not know,
But i won't list them now so i can keep my rhythmic flow.

Sometimes i swear you off and cycle anew,
But when i do not eat you i can not poo.

To go without you i can not grow,
To live without you is a life i can not know.

Why do you taunt me so i can not choose?
You are there even when i drink my booze!

Oh dearest carb i wish you well...

But as i write this in my eyes tears begin to swell!

Do not leave me my friend!
Without you my muscle growth will be put to end!

You will be the end of me,
And without you there is no use in living free.

Never leave me good brother,
For no matter how hard i try i will never leave you for another.

i had to study poetry as part of my degree. All i can say is i like your stuff better ;)

Nice! Both poems were great. I am definitly feeling the carb one. I miss my beloved crunchy cereal, pretzels, granola bars, and most of all chocolate. Oh, the good ol days.
