    Please Critique my new diet.

    Tryin to add alotta bulk..but lean out at the same time if that makes any since? Pretty much I'm going on a strict diet of 8-9 meals a day , it will consist of only starkist tuna, meat, and water, and my whey protein shakes once or twice a day. Heres what my meals will look like:

    Meal 1: 530 A.M

    Whey protein shake mixed in 8oz glass of skim milk.
    P=31, C=14, F=2

    Meal 2: 7:30 A.M

    Whey protein shake mixed in 8oz glass of skim milk.
    P=31, C=14, F=2

    Meal 3: 10:30 A.M
    Starkist tuna sandwhich, 16oz glass of water
    P=40g C=26 F=2

    Meal 4: 1:30 PM
    Whey Protein shake mixed with 8oz of skim milk.
    P=23 C=14, F=2

    Meal 5: 4:30 PM
    Starkist tuna sandwhich, 16oz glass of water
    P=40g C=26 F=2

    Meal 6: 6:30 PM
    16oz of roasted chicken breasts on wheat bread, 16 oz of water.
    P=44 C=32 F=3

    Meal 7: 8:30 PM
    8oz roasted chicken breast , Whey protein shake in 8oz glass of water
    P=45 C=14 F=1-3

    Meal 8: 11:30 PM
    Starkist tuna sandwhich 16 oz glass of water
    P=40, C=26, F=2

    Total P=294 C=166 F=16-19 or maybe more...Any advice is takin and welcome. Please remember though I don't have much knowledge about diet, but hopefully I'll learn.

    All that milk and bread most certainly won't help you lean out. W/your stats, I'd forget about leaning out right now, and just add some more muscle to your frame.

    Too much milk and bread...eat your tuna raw....add rice and potatoes for carbs...replace the milk with water...you should drink 1 gallon - 2 gallons a day...try throwing in a steak or fish every once in awhile...also add Flax seed oil or nat. pb for some good fats(fish also has good fats in it)..
