Do any of you guys blend a bananna in your protein shake? I heard the potassium in a bananna is good for muscle recovery after lifting. Also, how much protein is in one bananna? Would mixing one bananna in my shake daily be beneficial?

I eat the banana seperately.
Their is enough potassium in your shake. The banana is source of simple carbs, so it's not a great choice. There are no grams of protein in a banana...its a fruit. There aren't that many beneficial qualities of bananas for lifters except for potassium, which again, can be found in pills or in protein shakes.
