Ok, here's the deal. I'm 22, 6'1, 185 lbs. Been an athlete through high school, always weighing about 175 lbs with about 10-11% body fat. Right now, I'm probably about 17-18% body fat if I had to guess. Need to lose fat, and I'm starting my cycle soon also. YAY! Here is my diet.
4 day cycle
DAY 1
Meal 1:
6 egg whites, 1 whole egg
2 cups skim milk
1/2 grapefruit
1/2 cup oatmeal
Meal 2:
Protein Drink
1 Banana
Meal 3:
1 baked potato
1 chicken breast of lean meat (8oz)
may eat some wheat bread
Meal 4:
baked potato or yam
Meal 5:
Can of Tuna or Chicken Breast
1 cup rice or baked potato
Meal 6:
Protein Drink
DAY 2:
Meal 1:
6 egg whites, 1 whole egg
1 pkt grits or oatmeal (sugar free)
1/2 grapefruit
Meal 2:
Protein drink or tuna or chicken breast
Meal 3:
1 chicken breast or lean beef
1 baked potato
Meal 4:
1 banana
1 protein drink or chicken breast
Meal 5:
chicken breast or can of tuna
1 cup of broccoli or green veggie
Meal 6:
6 egg whites or protein drink
DAY 3:
SAME AS DAY 2
DAY 4:
Meal 1:
pancakes or waffles with butter and syrup
2 cups skim milk
protein drink
Meal 2:
3 oatmeal cookies
2 slices bread
Protein Drink
Meal 3:
pasta or rice or potato
chicken breast
Meal 4:
1 cup rice or baked potato
2 hard boiled eggs
Meal 5:
chicken breast or tuna
2 cups pasta or 1 cup of rice
Meal 6:
1 cup oatmeal or frozen yogurt
protein drink
