Hello masters,
I'm following a bulking diet but have problems to eat my breakfast: 8 egg whites + 1 yolk and my carbos (50grs of oatmeal or a coup of brown rice). I just can't handle it :frown:
By now, I just eat 6 egg whites + 1 yolk with 25grs of oatmeal!.
How do you do to eat 8 and 10 eggs! + 50-75grs of oatmeal on mornings???
I'm not a short guy to have a little stomach, so I don't know why!?
