Diet for Cutting cycle of prop/fina

    This is my new diet...

    Meal 1:
4 eggs, 2 packets of brown mapel oatmeal (64 carbs)
*20 mins before eating this I take my clen , t3, potasium, and nolva*

    Meal 2:
    Protein Shake (2 carbs)

    Meal 3:
1 chicken breast with pepper, 1 cup of 2% fat cottage cheese, glass of 2% fat milk

    Meal 4 (pre workout):
1 cup of cottage cheese, sweet potato, 1 protein shake (2 carbs)

Meal 5 (post workout, imediately after cardio)
1 XXL Protein shake (1,000 calories):

    Meal 6:
1 chicken breast with pepper, green beans

    Stats:
    6'2 :::: 205lbs :::: 16-18% bodyfat :::: 20 years old :::: 5-6 years training experience

How does this sound? Enough to grow while still remaining on a cutting diet using prop/fina? I dont mind staying the same weight as long as fat is replaced by muscle.

I'd go with 8 egg whites, screw the brown maple oatmeal, it's got tons of sugar, take in a half cup of oatmeal with sweetener.

    Meal 2:
    Protein Shake (2 carbs)

Take in some flax oil here.

    Meal 3:
1 chicken breast with pepper, 1 cup of 2% fat cottage cheese, glass of 2% fat milk

Go with fat free cottage cheese, skip the milk, too much sugar.

    Meal 4 (pre workout):
1 cup of cottage cheese, sweet potato, 1 protein shake (2 carbs)

    Good.

Meal 5 (post workout, imediately after cardio)
1 XXL Protein shake (1,000 calories):

This is a bad idea. Your body can't handle that much thrown at it at once. You need a normal PWO shake, and then a Post PWO meal about 45mins later, that is something like your Meal 6, but with about 45 grams of slow carbs.

    Meal 6:
1 chicken breast with pepper, green beans

Keep in mind that insulin is your friend and your enemy. You don't want to keep spiking it with sugars. The only time you want that is PWO.

Thanks man, enough calories and protein to pack on some muscle while on-cycle though? I weigh 205. What would you suggest adding to post workout meal (meal 6) then? Possibly 2 slices of wheat bread or a sweet potato?

I'd get rid of the sugary oatmeal, all dairy, no bread, use yams/oats/rice/etc., no processed crap. Also, those XXL's are great at packing on bodyfat.........at your weight, that is about 2 times the nutrients you need while on a "cutting" diet. What you have no does not appear to be a cutting diet of any sort. I also see no cardio mentioned which is a huge key.

Gear is great at ASSIMILATING good food, but eating crap will by no means be counter-acted by any gear. Diet should be the first focus, then any gear to help w/the process and act as an "AIDE", as that is all gear is. (supplement) Diet is a staple!

Yeah, and XXL shake especially after CARDIO is most unproductive!

I hear you on the "poor" thing. I do work w/all types of incomes and situations brotha, so you may wish to holler at me if you are having a rough time. I do have a usual set cost, but I do work w/people in regards to costs, as I enjoy fitness and building a reputation so much, that full price for my services is not always enforced by me if I feel it's a good situation.

    Carry on!
