need some input on my diet
this is an example of my diet i plan to go on while i take my first cycle in dec. and i also plan to stay on it for a long time (until i find a better one) My main question is; do you guys think this is a good enough diet to see results i want(20-30lbs on a dbol and test cycle)
7:20 Breakfast
6-8 oz. protein
2 cups of carbs
1/4 cup of raw nuts
9:30 shake
40 grams protein
2 cups frozen fruit
2tbs. olive oil
1:00 lunch
6-8oz. protein
2 cups of carbs
1/4 cup raw nuts
4:00 shake
40 grams protein
2 cups of frozen fruit
2tbs. olive oil
8:00 dinner
10-12 grams protein
2 cups of carbs
1/4 cup of raw nuts
P.S. i constantly eat in between meals (mostly Pinnapple, Pepperoni, Black olives) pretty much pizza topping because im a manager at a pizza place.

i dont know if this is too late, but that amount of food is NOTHING if you want to bulk up. i can eat your entire days worth of food in 1 meal! it is almost nothing. when i bulk up, i eat three times as much food as that. and how come you are eating so much fruit? cut down on that to only a couple per day. it has too much sugar. i dont mean to dissappoint you, but you will not gain 30 pounds of muscle on test/dbol in a couple months. 30 pounds takes a couple years, i managed to stay around the same weight over 3 years but lost alot of fat (which means i added muscle of course and lost fat) still have a ways to go which is what i am focusing on right now, but even when i do a bulking cycle, i only ever net like 7 pounds of muscle, which does make a difference in your physique though.
please start eating a lot of oatmeal, brown rice, and potatoes for carbs, but not so much, i'd say maybe 1.5g per pound of BW and protein should be 1.5-2.0g per pound of BW. for protein i would go mainly with lean cuts of red meat like eye of round, and chicken breasts, and egg whites with a few yolks in the morning, and your protein shakes especially post workout along with maltodextrin for your carb. that should give you a rough idea of how much food you need to eat to put on 30 pounds of muscle.Last edited by Dictator; 11-29-2003 at 11:33 PM.

I think he can get a good 30lbs, its happened before. I'd say it'd be realistic to keep upwards of 22-25lbs of it after waterweight with a good diet ongoing. Deffinately need more food though bro.
