drop the cornflakes and add some oats, cornflakes are just pure sugar.

Drop the milk and cornflakes, and banana, and replace it all with 3/4 of a cup of oatmeal. Throw on some sugar free jam and sweetener to enhance deliciousness.

hard to say since we don't know your goals.
Tell us what your trying to do so we can better assess your diet.
Trying to drop bf? or trying to gain weight?
How many cals are you eating a day? What is the ratio of prot, carbs, fat?
Are you on gear?
Its very hard giving diet advice online without knowing anything about a person (metabolism, goals, etc).
On a side note, its good ppl are willing to give diet advice and such but get more info first on the person before you tell them to start eating oats for example.
I know for me...oats in the morning make me fat!

It's odd that oats make you fat Oats are a great slow low GI carb to use whether bulking or cutting, It's a step above what he was eating before regardless of his goals though. He does have to give some more info, but all the sugar he is taking in is definately detrimental in any stage.
