    Attn. SwoleCat

What's up fellas, I have been on a long layoff from everything. No lifting, running, boxing, for almost 3 years. Basically I look like shit, I'm 23 6' 205 with a GUT. I plan on next week getting back into running, lifting, boxing, etc. My question is this. I have a gut and would like to get it off, how's this diet look?

    Breakfast 6 am

1 bowl of oatmeal with skim milk

1 small serving of cottage cheese w/blueberries or raspberries mixed in

    1 apple

    1 cup of green tea

    1 cup of OJ

    Snack

1 packet of tuna (23 g of protein)
1 Small cup of cranberry juice

    Lunch

    1 chicken breast

1 small serving of veggies (either peas, corn, broccoli spears, asparagus, sugar snap peas, wax beans, etc)

    Dinner (pre boxing meal)

Some type of "healthy" fast food like Boston Market chicken or turkey meals w/veggies.

1 small salad (no dressing or croutons)

    Post boxing, (pre lifting/running meal)

    1 Porterhouse steak

1 small serving of veggies (either peas, corn, broccoli spears, asparagus, sugar snap peas, wax beans, etc)

    Post lifting/running meal

Protein shake with skim milk with a bannana and a tablespoon of peanut butter blended in.

    3 egg whites

NO alcohol, soda, pizza, burgers, fried foods, cake, ice cream, candy etc.

I will also be drinking plenty of water and taking
    Multivitamins
    Glucosamine
    Glutamine
    BCAA's
    Creatine

in addition to boxing 5 days a week, running 5 days a week, sprinting 2 days a week, and lifting 4 days a week in addition to 6-8 hours a sleep a night.

    How's this look?

I would lose the OJ and apple in the Am...
add some protein throughout..add a couple meals at 3 hr intervals.
