Must i believe this meals?

that is his typical breakfast,and for lunch he usually eats

4 peices of chicken breast with crust
3 steaks
3 hot dogs with everything on them
1 average bag of chips
2 plates of salad
12 egg whites ... "

Hmmmmm 13000 cals a day. The most I EVER ate was 5500-6000 and that damn near made me want to vomit. I seriously doubt he eats all that. Than again who really knows.

I think its definitely possible to eat 13000 cal a day if you eat 6-7 meals per day like those above. Especially if you started adding a protein shake to every meal, plus some flaxseed oil and/or PB and/or olive oil, plus alot of shitty calories from junk food like chips.

How the hell he eats that much is a mystery, and how he affords it is another mystery.

How much was ARNIE eating. I thought I heard him mention something like 10,000 calories a day.

To get back on topic, if you're looking for the biggest diet you might wanna check out the diet of a sumo wrestler. I read that their diet is between 10000-20000 cals a day!? I know that they eat some kind of special sup that is extremly high in calories.

Sumo wrestlers get anything they want when they go to a resturaunt. It is an honor to even have them in their establishment. Royal treatment. All you can eat sushi bar 24-7. If I had freebies at Claim jumpers, Olive Garden, Black Angus, and Chillies, I would be hitting 250 with no problem

Sounds like my old diet... this was me back in 2000 on my 29th bday... 3 of the plates in front of me where mine... that was a 5000 calorie meal, at least... without factoring in the drinks... or desert...
