How many Calories per day do you think a person should be on when on a Sust cycle?
The person weighs 161lbs and has a reasonably speedy metabolism.
Im talking about me obviously! lol

looking to put on serious size...4000 cals or more will do. Now the type of cals, when you eat them, and some other variables (training, supps, etc) will determine whether the weight gain is mostly fat or muscle.
Basically to break the 200lb barrier you need to eat your face off. I would just keep eating away, train hard, and the gains will come. 400g of protein a day should be the minimum.
