Clean foods are basically the ones that are all around the perimiter in your grocery store. Veggies, yams, all kinds of tubers, salad, meats, fish, etc.........
All that canned/boxed crap are in the aisles and is worthless.
You are what you eat, yes, so your diet needs to be impeccable and address the goals you wish to obtain, or all that time in the gym goes for NADA.
