    Need some more advise on my Diet

    well heres my diet that I have planned out with a little help from Swole, I plan on going on the swolegenix next month once im out of deubt but here how my deit looks like for now. To me it seems that im not having enough carbs what do you guys think. My stats are 6ft, 220lbs, 14-15BF%

    6:00 (Cardio 45-60min)

    7:30 Meal-1 (Cal-480, Fat- 22g, Carbs-0, Protein 50g)
    3 Whole Eggs
    5 Egg Whites
    4 Slices canadian bacon
    (Should I add a low-GI carb to this meal like Oats or should I not be mixing fat and carbs together after cardio)

    10:00 Meal-2(Cal-400, Fat-16g, Carbs-6g, Protein 59g)
    Whey Proetin Shake w/ 2Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter & 10g Glutamine

    12:30 Meal-3(not sure what the nutrition is on this)
    (2)Cans of Tuna w/ Rela Mayo
    (what type of tuna is better tuna in water or oil)

    3:00 Meal-4(Cal-400, Fat-16g, Carbs-6g, Protein 59g)
    Whey Proetin Shake w/ 2Tbsp of Natural Peanut Butter & 10g Glutamine

    6:00 Meal-5(not sure what the nutrition is on this)
    12oz. Top Round Steak w/ 1 1/2 cup Broccoli & Califlower

    7:00-8:30 (Training)

    8:45 PWO Shake
    Whey Isolate, Dextrose & 10g Glutamine(is it ok to take about 4Tbsp of Honey instead of the dextrose for about a week ,I just order 5lbs of dextrose & im waiting for it to come in)

    10:00
    2 Pieces of grilled chicken w/Broccoli & Califlower(would Brown Rice be ok to have at this time instead of the Veggies)

    also what should my Total Calories, Protein, Carbs and Fats be at the end of the day on training days and non-training days. and on non-Training days what time of the day should my carbs be consumed

    I'd add a piece of fruit before your workout.
    And after some carbs like brown rice, yams.etc.

    Rest of the meals look good but i dont know about total calories.
