At the deli I would order a ???
Hey everyone, I am trying to lose weight. I am doing 45 minutes of cardio 5-6 days a week, mostly in the morning with an empty stomach. I don't have alot of extra time to cook and do all the shopping etc. etc. If the only place I could eat breakfast and lunch was a deli, what should I order? What "typical" deli foods are good for me to eat while trying to lose weight? thanks, Henry

Turkey salad with no dressing and maybe a tbsp of olive oil. Or if you want to push it a 6 incher on wheat with no dressings, and turkey or chicken breast.

I would suggest protein powder with EFA's. It fills you up and very time efficient.

i suggest using boar's head turkey...it's the most expensive, but it has the least additives.

The words Deli and losing weight are ones that do not go together.
