Hot Sauce!
I'm currently flying through a big bottle of "Louisiana" The Perfect Hot Sauce...
although despite what they say...one drop does NOT do it.
anybody have a preferred Hot Sauce?? I like it hot...so it takes a lot of this Louisiana stuff...but i also don't want something that's so hot you can't actually taste it (does that make sense??)
anyway...

Louisiana is my favorite too. And you **** well know that when we go back to arizona there will be hot sauce-o-plenty.

Lousiana is OK. Give Frank's Hot a rip. It has better flavour and is a bit hotter.

Tabasco, Louisinana . Those are hot?
You want something with habanero peppers in it, and being the first ingredient.
Spontaneous Combustion is the hottest hot sauce I've ever had.

I'm not so into really hot stuff anymore, so I stay away from anything that's first ingredient is habanero peppers. I mainly like Frank's because it has good flavour.

How do you put up with all that sodium, by the way? I blow up like 10 pounds after a teaspoon of that stuff.

we all know hot sauce (franks) goes real well with ranch dressing, just curious if having say a tablespoon of fat free ranch dressing to dip my franks spiced chicken (breasts)/pork (tenderloin) in is a bad idea?

Better to have the full fat version of ranch, especially if you are low carbing. Reason being, fat free dressings taste like horse$hit to begin with, and they are full of SUGAR to attempt to make up for the taste of the missing fat. Not good.
