    Second best time to do cardio

    How about at least 3hr after last meal? (protein with efa's)

    i would say after you lift weights.....a lot of people do Interval training after lifting and like it.

    Tater, you were under my tutelage, you should know the answer to this!!!!!

    Not after working out, no........I mean, you CAN, but it's not ideal if your goal is to create an anabolic portion of a day as well. The second best time will depend on WHAT day it is, training or not, remember?
