9:15pm wake up-eca stack-45 min faced pace walking
    10:15 1/2 cup oats 1 cup water-4 egg whites
    12:45 2 cans tuna -4 egg whites-1 egg yolk
    2:00 (snack)3/4 cup of peanuts
3:30 2 chicken breasts or 2 filets of fish-mixed veggies
    6:00 eca stack
    7:15 1.5 hours heavy lifting
    post workout shake(dextrose/whey isolate)

    MAKE IT 8 EGG WHITES.

    12:45 2 cans tuna -4 egg whites-1 egg yolk
    NO NEED FOR EGGS HERE.

    2:00 (snack)3/4 cup of peanuts
NOT BAD...COULD REPLACE THIS WITH A SHAKE (CASEINATE).

3:30 2 chicken breasts or 2 filets of fish-mixed veggies
    GOOD.

    6:00 eca stack
TAKE THE STACK AT ABOUT 6:40, IT SHOULDN'T TAKE THAT LONG TO KICK IN.

    7:15 1.5 hours heavy lifting
    post workout shake(dextrose/whey isolate)
THANK GOD SOMEONE KNOWS HOW TO PUT IN A PWO SHAKE

11:00 2 chicken breasts 1 serving of brown rice
    GOOD.

1:00 whey isolate/flax oil shake before bed
    EXCELLENT.

IT WAS ALL FINE UNTIL I READ THIS... WHY BOTHER WITH GRAPEFRUIT JUICE? DRINK CRYSTAL LITE. EVEN GRAPEFRUIT JUICE THAT IS UNSWEETENED HAS UNNECESSARY SUGARS.
Now before I can really say this is totally appropriate for you, tally up you macros and post them, it's kind of hard to eyeball, and can be deceiving. You are on the right track.

What exactly do you mean by tally up my macros? Is there anything I might change in that diet to make it more beneficial? Also I know how SC does'nt suggest milk in the diet so should the isolate drinks be mixed into water?

Just want to make sure I have all the bases covered....Also would stepping up the morning 'cardio' to 60 minutes be much better than 45 minutes?

The reason I added grapefruit juice to the diet is because a relative of mine lost alot of wieght on some 'grapefruit diet' but I guess I will stick to water, tea , and crystal lite.

Reason he lost alot of weight on the "grapefruit diet" is that he was more or less starving himself. Now about your diet.

9:15pm wake up-eca stack-45 min faced pace walking
10:15 1 cup cup oats 1 cup water-8 egg whites
12:45 2 cans tuna small side salad with oil/vinegar
2:00 (snack)3/4 cup of peanuts/ add a shake to this
3:30 2 chicken breasts or 2 filets of fish-mixed veggies
    6:00 eca stack
    7:15 1.5 hours heavy lifting
    post workout shake(dextrose/whey isolate)
11:00 2 chicken breasts 1 serving of brown rice
1:00 whey isolate/flax oil shake before bed

You're pretty much on the right track, just may need some fine tuning as you go.

Tell us exactly how many carbs, protein, and fats are in each meal and then post the totals for the whole day. Mix your protein in water, not milk, and 15 minutes more is not going to be beneficial, stick to 45. And yes, stick to water, crystal light, and unsweetened teas.

Yup.... all I drink is 2 cups of coffee in the morning other than that water all day and a glass of crystal light at night.
