Dilema on my Planning, need advice please
alright, my orginal plan was to bulk up then hit a CKD for summer time.
i just found out i'll be going on spring break though, and certainly dont want to be a fatass for that, thus possibly cutting my bulking short
would it even be worth it to bulk 7 weeks then ckd for 5? is ckd even effective for such short amount of time? should i bulk straight through and forget about it?
i'm only +/- 10-12% now so i'm not super high but i'd like to be under 10 for the week i'm down there

A CKD isn't the best choice after bulking, as you'll be at the opposite end of two extremes, and it will cause quite a shock to your body.

Really, you'll be so used to an influx of calories (carbs as the most relative here) only to totally remove them for 5 days out of the week (assuming you do a 2 day carb) that both the physical and mental feelings you'll transition into will be, well, $hitty!
