    What supplements to get...

    I am looking to get new, more effective suppelements. I have not decided to be cheap this time, so I am gonna buy the best. Can someone more experience than myself give me the names of some of their favorite protein powder, creating, protein bars, etc out there. Thanks a lot for all input, I appreciate it.

    I wouldn't consider myself experienced but I use many supps. I like Optimum Nutrition products alot. They are higher quality and reasonably priced. Best tasting protein powder with water has to be Nectar by Syntrax but it's a bit expensive.

    I personally like the 100% Whey Optimum Protien, EAS Creatine, AST Multi-Vitamins, EAS Myoplex Storm-Bars, Twinlab's Ultimate Fuel(carb loader), and i'm just starting on Universal's version of NO2 (but i can't say if I like it yet).

    -Optium nutrition or Proline from AllSportsNutrition is a good deal.
    -Labrada low carbs Texan Pecan Pie protein bars are good.
    -Creatine...don't like but Eas is good quality.
    -BCAA pills and liver tabs...universal
    -r-ala and Acytel L-Caritine...AF store
    -multi's and flax oil...Vitamin Shoppe
    -prohormones...oops not considered a supplement(pure junk)
