This is what i ate today
While i'm waiting for swoledup2, i've been trying to eat well to bulk. I am 5'11 170lbs and on my off day i consumed
1/2 cup of Oats
1 scoop whey
3 egg whites 1 whole egg
2 scoops whey
1 tblspoon Flax
1 can tuna
1 tblsp Mayo
orange
2 scoops whey
1 tblspoon flax
7 oz Beef round
1 cup brocolli and spinach
All together i consumed about 50g Fat, 47 g Carbs, and 237g protein should i up the carbs a bit? or leave it as is since today was my off day?

That's a girls diet. if you are bulking your going to need 4 to 5 times that many carbs.

Sounds more like a cutting diet to me. Aren't you hungry? I would be.

I said girls diet since his protein is more like 190 g not 240.

Hahahaha Swole... you crack me up brother. Actually I have been talking with someone who competes and I've been learning a good diet of high protein, moderate amounts of fats (good fats) and carbs just in the right times will produce better gains and more of them than excessive carbs. Totally a true eye opening ordeal for me.

Nope... I have talked with him at times and consider him a very knowledgable man, but have yet to get on any of his programs. I am being trained by a female competitor... yes a woman. She really knows her **** and have learned alot from her in the past couple of weeks.
