    What is the best maltodextrin and Dextrose?

    What is the best maltodextrin and Dextrose and where to get it from? Also what mixture is good for a PWO Shake. Also is it good to add creatine and use it a delivery agent as well.

    it is all the same it doesnt matter, corn sugar is corn sugar. There is no grades..

    you can get them at your local health food store usually

    they are very inexpensive

    abs is right on...no matter the brand.

    if you're looking for ratios, you can go 1:1 ratio of malto to dextrose

    and yes, you can add creatine at that point
