Multivitamins and protein bars
Hey i take the usual supplements, creatine, glutamine, ala, biotin, whey, etc. but have never taken any multivitamins. Are they essential? Also i love designer whey protein bars like u-turn and detour, but they just taste too good to be true. yes it does have 30 g of protein, but it also has 8g of fat 4g saturated and 26g carbs w/ 12g sugar this is comparable to a snickers bar! Are there any great tasting protein bars wih healthier nutrional makeup?

Carb solutions bars are pretty good, or any w/sugar alcohols and/or fiber. (Not to be used as any kind of staple if you are in a fat reduction program). A good multi is very important, yes.

Muscle Milk bars are outstanding IMO, as well as the Odyssey bar, which is in the same family as Detour and U-Turn.

Centrum or equivalent. (Don't buy the GNC Mega Men, over-priced like mad, just as everything else is!)
