Hey bros i need some serious help. Im 21 yrs old and am 5'7" and weigh in at a disguisting 260. I was 200 solid in fall of 2000. I naturally have a stocky build and still have a nice amount of muscle under the blubber. Please help. I'm looking for a diet plan, a workout plan, and i am open to almost any and all supplements(No DNP). All advice greatly appreciated.
