In lieu of my 6 hour flight this Saturday across the Pacific, and the fact that I will be bored ****less and will most likely be lodged between two lard-ass insurance agents, I have decided to make a comprehensive post regarding cutting diets. supplements, diffrent types of protines, the good and bad carbs, water intake, amount of training, time of training, which supplements go with what gear druing training.... i know some are dumb but its just some ideas..
