In lieu of my 6 hour flight this Saturday across the Pacific, and the fact that I will be bored ****less and will most likely be lodged between two lard-ass insurance agents, I have decided to make a comprehensive post regarding cutting diets. I will include a sample diet, and an FAQ. Your submissions are all welcome via PM. Keep in mind that if your submissions are stupid, or downright wrong, I will mock and humiliate you for the remainder of your stay here. That is all.

why don't you talk about cuting diet supplement ?
im always lost when it comes to supllements...
what to take, why ? etc ect etc...

supplements, diffrent types of protines, the good and bad carbs, water intake, amount of training, time of training, which supplements go with what gear druing training.... i know some are dumb but its just some ideas..
