What do your "natural" shake contain?

Lets say you want to do a protein, carb shake without any protein powder.. Only things you find i the kitchen !

Use whatever you want.. but now powder **** and things like that.. only from the kitchen !!!!!

You are going to be limited to tuna and eggs for the most part, both of which would never touch my blender.

Why no protein powder? It's a staple for anyone who is remotely into fitness.

These are 2 shakes I have almost every day... the oatmeal shake is pre workout and is made with boiling water... make sure to use homogenized and pasteurized egg whites!

Thats disgusting... You sick of your whey? I like adding rasberry crystal light to either vanilla or chocolate whey isolate with a ton of ice, so good.

Waaaaaaaay too much fat/carbs together in that oatmeal shake.......

Not sure what you wish to look like, but consuming that ain't really gonna contribute to lookin' that good.

What the hell is wrong with you people?

Why don't you just toss some cottage cheese in there with the tuna, add some flax, raw eggs, raw chicken, and a heaping spoonfull of E.Coli.

    Ugh.

The caloric ratio of 16%P 35%F 49%C seems to be working for me... it fuels my 3 hour workouts and has helped me pack on 9lbs of LBM in the past 7 weeks, while only gaining 3lbs of FAT...

This is by no means a 'cutting' shake @ 842 calories... To each his own...

Yeah, I wasn't implying it wasn't good for YOU, I was making reference to the gentleman who was going to try the shake. It's cool it works for you, that's great, it's just that there are other ways in which one could add 9 lbs. of lean muscle tissue w/out adding 3 lbs. of fat.
You may also be able to gain lean mass w/a 3 to 1 ratio of LBM to fat, but most won't if they are consuming fats/carbs together. You have been blessed w/this ability, so that's great for Andre! You also have to remember your shake alone is not the only tool you used when you had bulked, you had other meals.

Not an attack on your shake, just an observation for conversation brought about by intellectual persuasion.

I've trained 1.5 hours for 6 month before and that was overtraining completely

I know, I saw that but decided not to say anything, as it surely would have been thought of by him as some kind of "attack" on his regiment.

It's no wonder that shake didn't affect him negatively.......Hell, I could eat 5 lbs. of crisco, and if I worked out for 3 hours at the intensity I'm accustomed to, I'd burn off all those calories and more!

Considering your natural test levels and CNS begin to wear out around 45 mins to 1 hour, 3 hours is like murder. If you are not natural, well, that's another story, but still on juice 3 hours is too much...........1.5 max while enhanced.
