    Ensure

    What do 6you guys think of Ensure? Is it as good as an MRP powder? It's ready to drink and tastes pretty good so i'm thinking about buying some for on the go meals.

    Sorry bro, horrible choice. Over-processed dairy and sugar with little quality protein. Try a pre-made shake that's meant for builders, this stuff is meant for geriatrics and soccer moms.

    Depends on your goals bruh.

    For me, carbs are worthless unless they are there to be burned for energy, or are there to replinish depleted glycogen stores and assist in muscular recovery.

    just my thought on any RTD is that they are all pasturized after the protein powder is added in, so therefore some of the protein is broken down during the heating process. My conclusion: in a pinch yea ill drink one every now and again, but i wouldnt make a habit of it...too expensive for half assed protein.
