    Question about almonds

    Hey i hear almods are the healtiest nuts, but they have about 11g of fat and 9 grams of carbs in 2 oz, isn't conusming a mix of carbs and fat detrimental? If not when can i eat almonds for snacking?

    Most of the carbs coming from almonds are dietary fiber. So it will have minimum effect on your slin levels. Eat them prior to your workout with a meal or as a snack in between meals. Whatever you prefer and your diet allows.

    Yeah, gotta subtract that fiber.
