Need a tuna sub due to its sodium content
I've been eating tuna daily for the past year, and after reading the nutritional contents, i find i am eating a ccrap load of sodium so i need a substitute. I dont like to eat a same type of meat twice a day except for chicken, are there any other subs besides any red meat?

Regular fish, ground turkey, whole turkey, but I love my 4% ground beef and lean NY steaks too much to get tired of either one.

do you think it'd be a good idea to eat fish everyday? Since my parents own several fish markets i can get almost any kind of fish. Whats a good fish? Also is fish w/ omega fatty acids a ideal choice to consume PWO?

Salmon is great for fat/protein meals.
Utilize white fish (no/lowfat) fish for pwo meals.
