heya, its pretty generic but id like some input as to how to improve it in the aid of bulking(minimul fat). at the moment i throw in the following:

1 large banana
whey protien powder
2 cups low fat milk
approx 40grams oatmeal
desert spoon of honey (post workout)

at the moment i have it three tiems a day. once after workout(with honey), one before dinner and one before bed.
any suggestions to do with nutrition, not flavour, would be greatly appreciated.
