    Did anybody cheat today ?

    Well its Christmas And I have been dieting for a little over a month .Anyways I have not cheated once this whole time but for today ..Things have been going good I cut fats and sugars and I have been loseing 2-3 Ibs every week by just geting rid of the fats and sugars .Anyways today went to the buffet and went off ! I hope this dont mess things up ..Oh well I just wont way in for another couple of weeks . ........CDIZZLE

    I have been eating like a pig for the past week... I am actually looking forward to cleaning up my diet in January...

    One meal will not do any long term damage, you might hold water for 48hrs... but that is it... even during my 4 months of insane dieting earlier this year when I was dropping 20lbs a month, I still let my self go about once a month... this is what helped me stay sane

    I never plan on trying to diet down in December!

    well it started off with the Grand's Cinnamon rolls with buttermilk icing for breakfast, and was all downhill after that......

    Key, by 7 AM I had already eaten three slices of coconut custard pie! The diet truck rolled down the hill, hit a concrete pole and burst into flames.............I was lucky to get out alive. hahahaha I seriously think I gained seven pounds in under 24 hours.

    I was a good BB'er yesterday. Had only two of Mamma's cookies that are just impossible to avoid this time of year. The rest of the day ate clean, as well, I have pics coming up in January for my business/website/agency portfolio for submission. I also meet Guy Grundy next month in L.A., so you know I ain't showin' up half-assed.
    Not w/that entourage down thurr.................

    I was at 213.5 yesterday morning and today Im at 217 dang ! I hope thats water I cant see me geting that fat in just one day of going off .Today been drinking alot of water and x-lax lol!! I think I needed to eat yesterday because I havent cheated in over a month .I havent really wanted to .So maybe its all good ....CDOG
